Over the past two decades, we’ve built and grown companies of our own, while helping many others find a stronger path forward.
That experience has shaped Broadsell into what it is today: a place where strategic thinking, operating expertise and capital come together to help businesses build, transform and scale.
As we enter our next chapter, we want to broaden the companies and people we work with. We’re interested in ambitious founders building something meaningful, established businesses ready for their next stage of growth, and larger organizations looking for experienced strategic support where it can make a real difference.
Just as important as the opportunity is the way people approach it. We value humility, ambition, kindness, curiosity and hard work.
